Return Policy

Returning New Items: 
A watch may be returned for a refund for any shipment within 30 days from the original date of shipment, PROVIDED THE RETURNED WATCH IS IN NEW, AND IN UNWORN CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS. 

We do not sell used watches and will not accept a watch with any indication that the watch was worn or mishandled. In such cases the watch will be returned to the purchaser.

Please send an email message to matada1@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return an item.

Upon inspection, WatchOutlet.com will refund the purchase price of the watches returned within the time and manner stated above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS.

Defective Items:
All Timex items carry a 1 Year manufacturers warranty.
